Vitality
A remote patient-monitoring platform built for clinical signal, not dashboard noise.
Vitality had a working sensor and a spreadsheet. They needed a regulated platform that could stream home vitals, surface clinically useful signals, and support care teams without creating alert fatigue.
Bitrupt designed and built a web console and patient companion experience around vitals timelines, tuned alerting, and a workflow clinicians could scan quickly during daily review.
Three surfaces, one promise: never miss what matters.
A vitals timeline a clinician can read in three seconds
The console leads with a continuous, zoomable timeline — heart rate, SpO₂, respiration and temperature on a shared axis. Trends and thresholds are drawn in, so a nurse sees the story, not a wall of numbers. Everything is one glance from triage.
Alerting tuned for signal, not noise
A rules engine grades every reading against patient-specific baselines and escalates on sustained deviation — never a single blip. Alerts carry their reasoning and a one-tap path to acknowledge, escalate or annotate, so the care team always knows why they were paged.
A companion app patients actually keep open
On the patient side, a calm iOS/Android app pairs the sensor, confirms readings are flowing, and nudges gently when they are not. No jargon, no dashboards — just reassurance that someone is watching, and a direct line when something feels wrong.
